Returns & Exchange policy

Returns & Exchange Policy:
  1. Our products are handpicked thoroughly checked for its quality produce, processing and packaging before delivery.
  2. We insist the customers to thoroughly check the quality of fresh produce as well as manufactured/processed products at the time of receiving it.
  3. In case of fresh produce (fruits, vegetable and dairy products), it is mandatory for the customer to check the quality of the product at the time of delivery itself (applicable for the clients based at Chennai only)
  4. If any of the fresh produce is not up to the customer’s expectation, it is requested to return the whole quantity of that product to the delivery boy.  (Applicable for the clients based at Chennai only).
    1. The delivery boy will deduct the amount of the returned product from the total bill, and the customer will make the payment accordingly.
    2. No quality issues related to the fresh produce will be entertained by the call center executive thereafter.
  5. However in case of grocery, if the customer is unable to check the quality at the time of delivery, he/she should inform the same to the online enquiry within 72 hrs. (3 days) of delivery.
  6. The customer could get an exchange of the grocery pack only under following conditions:
    1. Packets that have live or dead insects.
    2. Packets that have signs of rotting.
    3. Packets that are torn, not sealed properly at the time of delivery.
    4. Products that have expired.
    5. Return accepted within 10 days from the date of purchase of the products.
    6. Other than above no other issue related to products will be entertained.
  7.  In the following conditions, the customer shall not get an exchange of grocery products:
    1. When the packet is opened and product is used.
    2. Customers can’t claim an exchange when they have cooked or consumed the item.
    3. The item is packed and returned in any other packaging material.
  8. The customer could exchange the product with a new pack of the same product, or any other product of the same or higher value.
  9. For customers outside Chennai can get the money back only as per our “Money Back Policy”.
